G & G Residential Solutions, LLC., was founded by Pedro Cantú — an entrepreneur, passionate designer, and firm believer that our homes reflect the condition of our families. What began as an apprenticeship in entrepreneurship evolved into a journey through property flipping, from single-family homes to apartment complexes, collecting hands-on experience in roofing, landscaping, interior design, carpentry, remodeling, and full-scale property maintenance.

But Pedro’s knowledge doesn’t stop at construction. With a background in sales, housekeeping, fragrance design, high-end fashion, and custom manufacturing, he brings a rare, detailed understanding of materials, tolerances, temperatures, and aesthetics. That’s what makes G & G not just a construction company — but a lifestyle solutions provider.

Inspired by architectural legends like Jean Nouvel, Ferris Rafauli, and Antoni Gaudí, Pedro’s obsession with detail and excellence lives at the core of every project.

The “G & G” name itself is a tribute to his roots:

• Garcia, his mother’s name, symbolizes grit and unshakable strength — the ability to hold on and follow through.
• Garza, from his other side, reminds us of discernment and grace — knowing when to act, how to move, and who we serve.
• Cantú, reflects his creative fire — the love for building, the joy of being different, and the curiosity to experiment with nature and its endless possibilities.

Together, they form G & G: a family-run, Christ-centered movement with a clear mission — to help homeowners elevate their lifestyles through education, transparency, and a standard of excellence that reflects self-respect and love for one’s family.
